Ohio Retirees Relocate to the South!

Welcome to Ohio Residents Love the South. Did you know that Ohio is one of the top three states to bring new residents to the southeast coast? Perhaps one of the reasons is that our beautiful beaches are the closest shoreline.

The purpose of this website is to educate our northern neighbors – and reassure them – so their move to the southern region is easier and more efficient.

We'll feature overviews of different southern towns, including the history and culture and lifestyles of the south's most desirable places to reside. On a more practical note, we'll have the numbers too – taxes and living costs to help you make a more informed decision. In some cases you can view current homes for sale if we have local MLS links.

Perhaps best of all, this site will also collect the personal stories of other Ohio residents who moved to the south. You'll be able to see how your neighbors did it, who their resources were, and how they feel about the area.
